This is the quick chili we make on cold nights This is the quick chili we make on cold nights

Ingredients

    add seasoning to taste, garnish with fresh cilantro and sour cream or cheese.

    We like it with a little bit of corn bread also.

Directions

put the onion garlic, jalapeņo, olive oil and pepper in the pot and sautee until soft, then add and cook the beef with the seasonings until done. Add the beans, corn and tomato sauce and bring to a boil/simmer and let cook until it has become the correct consistency.

We like to use ranch style pinto, black and kidney. You can usually find these at the store.
