Introduction

Make these in muffin tins for a grab & go breakfast. Make these in muffin tins for a grab & go breakfast.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    11 Large Eggs
    .25 cup 2% milk
    .25 cup grate Romano Cheese
    .5 cup frozen Aparagus pieces
    20 yellow bell pepper strips cut into a dice
    .25 cup chopped onion

Directions

Beat eggs and milk together. Mix in seperate bowl remaining ingredients. Use a nonsicky spray if using an uncoated tin. Divide mixute evenly into 12 count muffin tin. Pour egg mixture over veggies. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until done.
