1/2 c. liquid Egg white
1/2 c. Silk Vanilla Soy Milk
1 Tbsp Wheat Germ
3 medium fresh Strawberries
3 small Pineapple cubes
3 small Cantaloupe cubes
1/4 c. water
Syntrax Nectar Protein, 2 scoops (or may used preferred protein powder, however, this will alter the nutritionals)
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. May add ice as a thickener. Enjoy.
Makes 1-16 oz serving.
