This low-calorie desert is perfect for summer picnics or to top off any meal. Adding vanilla gives this dessert a rich flavor without adding any guilt. Full of fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants. Ingredients

1.5 cup Strawberry halves
1 cup of Blueberries
1 cup of Raspberries
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
4 tsp of Sugar
Directions
Rinse fruits & slice strawberries. Set aside.
In large bowl, add sugar and vanilla. Stir to combine. Add fruit & toss until fruit is evenly coated in sugar/vanilla.
You may add more or less sugar to taste, but this will alter the nutritional information. Raw or brown sugar may be used instead of ordinary granulated sugar for a more natural sweetner.
Makes 4 servings.

I don't ever eat enough fruit, and this is now my go to dessert! Just lightly sweet enough to the taste while still letting the natural tartness of the berries to come through and adding the vanilla gives it a nice kick! Yum Yum I loved it and have made it three times this week. So low in cals too! - 7/2/11
