Vitamix Berry Delicious Smoothie

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup (150 g) fresh pineapple
    1 ripe banana, peeled
    1 cup (150 g) frozen unsweetened strawberries
    1/3 cup (50 g) blueberries, fresh or frozen
    1/3 cup (30 g) cranberries, fresh or frozen
    1/2 cup (120 ml) ice cubes

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached
