Introduction

Great Summer Salad Great Summer Salad
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can of whole kernel, sweet corn
    1 ripe medium tomato
    3 stalks of green onions
    2 tablespoons of Light Mayo
    Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions

In a large bowl add the:
Corn (drained and rinsed)
Tomato (diced)
Green onion (chopped)
Mayo
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl and chill before serving. The longer it chills, the better it tastes.
