Bisquick Ultimate Battered Tilapia

Introduction

Taken from the Ultimate Chicken Fingers recipe on the back of Bisquick box and altered for fish. Taken from the Ultimate Chicken Fingers recipe on the back of Bisquick box and altered for fish.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz of Tilapia (3-4 filets, depending on how large they are)
    2/3 cup Original Bisquick Mix
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp salt/garlic salt
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread

Directions

Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking sprak. In 1-gallon resealable food storage plastic bag, mix Bisquick, cheese, salt, and paprika.

Dip 1 fillet into egg; place in bag. Seal bag; shake (carefully) to coat. Place fillet on cookie sheet. Repeat to use up remaining chicken.

Bake 12-14 minutes, turning halfway through bake time with pancake turner, until fish is cooked through.

Makes 4 servings.

I like to serve with baked french fries and a vegetable.
