Introduction

This is an original version. This has quite a bit of calories and fat but is DELICIOUS, But, you could cut the calories and fat by a BUNCH if you use reduced fat soup and sour cream. (But these are HUGE portions, could probably actually be 7 or 8 portions which would also reduce the calories and fat) This is an original version. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ounces (remove)
    Sour Cream, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 cup (remove)
    *Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup (remove)
    *NABISCO, Reduced Fat Ritz Crackers, 20 serving (remove)
    *Poppy seed, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil chicken and drain and dice chicken into bite size pieces. Mix ingredients in a large bowl or directly in dish. Bake for 30 mins or until top of casserole is light golden brown.
