IntroductionThis is my low carb version of chicken tenders. This is my low carb version of chicken tenders.
2 pounds chicken breast tenders or breasts
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 packet Good Seasons Garlic & Herb Salad Dressing
1/2 tsp garlic powder
strip with this mixture. Spray non-stick cooking oil into a medium size baking dish. Arrange coated chicken strips side by side into dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, turning once during baking time.
