Introduction

This is an easy creamy, chunky soup. This is an easy creamy, chunky soup.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1T Smart Balance Light
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup water
    4 oz Neufchatel - light cream cheese
    11/4 cup skim milk
    1 103/4 oz can Healthy Request Tomato Soup
    1 14 oz can Petite Diced Tomatoes
    1 tsp dried Basil
    1 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

Melt butter and add chopped onions and water. Cook until onions are tender. Add cream cheese. Add skim milk as cheese melts. Add tomato soup, diced tomatoes and spices. Cook on low about 5 minutes. This make 4 generous servings.
