Introduction

My hope for 3 servings of Vegetables in one pot. My hope for 3 servings of Vegetables in one pot.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced.

    *Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) Birds Eye - 87g, 1 cup.

    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup, drained and rinsed.

    *Goya, Pinto beans, 1 cup, same as kidney beans
    .
    Beans, great northern, 1 cup, same procedure as other beans.

    *Diced Tomatoes Rotel green chilies, 1 can.

    Black Olives, 12 jumbo, sliced.

    *Chicken Boullion Cube (Wylers brand), 2 cubes.

    Water, tap, 1.50 cup (8 fl oz).

    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp.

    Garlic powder, 1 tsp.

    Chili powder, 1 tsp.

    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp.

    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.25 tsp.

Directions

Slice onions, place into the Pot you've chosen to use. Add 2 Tbsp. of Olive Oil and Saute until translucent. Add the remaining Vegetables after following the procedures listed. Add the water and bouillon and seasoning. Bring the ingredients to a Full boil, reduce the heat and let simmer until ready to serve- add additional water if needed.

Garnish with a Sprinkle of Grated Cheddar and serve.
