Tilapia, 4 x 3 ox fillets
green pepper, 1 cup sliced
zucchni, 2 cup sliced
shrimp, 1 lb
brown rice, 2.5 cups
onion, 1 medium
Steam fish in oven grill. in aluminium foil pockets.
Cook rice in seperate pan until cooked.
Boil the 4 eggs and let to cool.
Lightly fry onion, pepper and zucchini using a few sprays of spray oil.
Then add other ingredients, mix well and add juice from fish to the mixture to your desired texture.
