Ingredients

    1.25 lb package of lean ground turkey
    .25 cups of leeks or shallots
    2 minced garlic cloves
    .25 cups chopped onoin
    .25 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
    24 thin tomato slices

mix all ingredients except for the tomatoes. Shape into 12 small patties. Grill or or cook on skillet/griddle until done. serve each mini burger between 2 thin tomato slice
