This is an OLD recipe that my Mom made when we were kids. I guess it's close to shepherd's pie, but, I've only ever had this! Top off with ketchup if you want, we used to do that when I was a kid! Ingredients

1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1/3 c Bread Crumbs or Cracker Crumbs
1/4 c Ketchup
1/4 c Chopped Onion
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 Egg, Slightly Beaten
1 c Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1 Container of Mashed Potatoes (Bob Evans, cooked per package directions) OR 2 1/2 c Mashed Potatoes
1 c Weight Watchers Shredded Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and egg; mix well. Add frozen veggies and mix lightly. Pat mixture into 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until center is completely cooked; drain.
Once drained, add mashed potatoes to the top of the cooked meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven at 350 for an additional 10 minutes.

We used to have it as a kid. My Mom had it an an OLD OLD little Pilsbury cookbook and we LOVE it!!
