1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 cup frozen spinach

No smoked salmon @ store so got 2.6 oz pkt pink salmon. Since had 2.6 oz salmon, used 8 cheese wedges, 1 c mushrooms, & ~1.2 c spinach. Used blender since no food processor. Think smoked flavor would help- or something to give it kick. Maybe liquid smoke or worcestershire? Great start, tho! Thanks! - 10/24/10
