Speg Cassorole

Ingredients

    Light Ragu tomato and Basil sauce (whole jar)
    Smart Taste Elbow Noodles (whole box)
    onion (1 cup chopped)
    ground beef lean ( 1lb )
    frozen spinach ( 1cup)
    mushrooms (1cup chopped)

Directions

preheat over at 450
give the noodles a quick boil (just to soften them up a little)
then place noodles in a glassed(greased) backing dish with about 1 cup of water
in a pan brown ground beef and onions (drain)
add speg sauce, spinach, and mushrooms
let things heat up and then pour over noodles then cover with foil
Place in oven for about 30 to 40 minutes(or until noodles are cooked)
serves about 12 (1 cup) servings
