Football Night Chili

Submitted by: LISASTEWART3

Introduction

This is just a basic chili that you can always add heat to. This is an estimate of serving and if you are good during the day then even though it is a little high in some numbers, you can still enjoy.
If you drain and rinse the ground beef it will drop some of the numbers, you just can not show it on here.

Ingredients

2 cans of each: kidney beans, northern beans, black beans, and red beans.
2 large cans of peeled, diced tomatoes
1 can of tomatoes with green chilies
1 package of Carroll Shelby's Chili Kit
    2 lbs of ground beef

Directions

I figured this meal will be about 12 1-cup servings.
I brown my beef, and then I drain and rinse off all the fat. Not only can I buy a cheaper beef, but it gets rid of the unwanted fat.
Open all the cans and mix in a large pot or crockpot
Open Chili kit and add
I slow kit for hours to let flavors come together, but it is ready to eat as soon as it heats up.

Number of Servings: 12
