    Acai Berry Juice, Banana, Frozen fruit, FF milk, High engergy protein powder.

Directions

But banana and frozen fruit in blender, add acai juice, ff milk and protein power. Used shake/smoothie setting on blender or start on low for 30 secs, med 30 secs, high 1 minute.
