Chicken Soup

Introduction

Simple, but great, soup. I use leftover roasted chicken. Simple, but great, soup. I use leftover roasted chicken.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    200 grams cooked, leftover chicken, no skin.
    1 carton (900 ml) low sodium chicken broth
    2 cups carrots, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    Pepper, to taste
    2 tsp. savory

Directions

Place cooked chicken and broth in medium pot. Bring to a boil and add onion and carrots. Bring back to a boil, cover, turn to low and simmer about 20-25 minutes until carrots are softened. Add pepper and savory during last 5 minutes of cooking time. Serve hot.
Makes 4 servings.
