Coconut Almond Butter

Introduction

A delicious, raw butter for adding to smoothies or eating on crackers or veggies. A delicious, raw butter for adding to smoothies or eating on crackers or veggies.

Ingredients

    Whole, Raw Almonds
    Medjool Dates
    Roasted Almond Oil
    Sweetened Coconut
    Coconut Oil

Directions

Put almonds in food processor and grind until desired texture. I wanted mine fairly smooth, but my cheapie food processor didn't grind fine enough, so I transferred to my Magic Bullet.

Add rest of ingredients to the ground almonds in whatever grinder machine you are using and mix until you have the consistency you want.

I had to scrape down the ingredients fairly often.

Makes 16 servings, 1 tablespoon each.

Store in refrigerator up to 10 days.
