Introduction

good quiche recipe, not excessive on calories . Add a side salad and an iced tea for an easy Lunch! Ingredients

    5 large eggs, beaten
    1 cup milk (1%)1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1tsp. pepper
    1/2 cup spinach (steamed or frozen and thawed)
    1/4 cup onion, chopped well
    1 cup muenster cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1tsp. pepper

    1 pie crust, thawed just before use, if frozen



Directions

Crack eggs in large bowl, add milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and wisk well. Set aside. Squeeze out excess moisture from steamed or frozen (thawed) spinach, add to egg mixture. Add shredded cheese, and onions. Stir and pour into prepared pie crust. (thawed, if it was a frozen one)

Bake at 350 for 30-45 min. Start with 30 min., and check with a knife or toothpick, if comes out clean it is done. Otherwise continue to cook and check... ovens vary..
Makes 8 generous servings.. enjoy!!!!
