Macaroni and Cheese

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
    2 tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp ground mustard
    1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 cups 1% milk
    2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese 2%

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350F
2. Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package
3. Meanwhile, in 3-quart saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in cheese until elted.
4. Gently stir macaroni into cheese sauce. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
5. Bake uncovered 20-25min or until bubbly
