Introduction

Ingredients

    *Bulger Wheat, 1 cup
    Ground beef, 8 oz
    *Onion - Raw, chopped, 1 med
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 8 oz cans
    Tomato juice, without salt added, 1 cup
    *Diced Tomatoes w/ Lime Juice & Cilantro (Rotel), 1 can
    * 1 can kidney beans
    Cumin
    Chili Pepper
    Paprika

Directions

soak bulger in water so it absorbs all the fluid. Brown the meat if using. Add all ingrediants to crockpot except bulger. keep on low for 6 hours or high for 3. then add bulger. add more juice if you want a soupier consistancy.
