Introduction

Ingredients

    * Premio Sweet Italian Sausage, 6 serving (6 links) - whole
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 463 grams (2 large peppers) - sliced
    * Onions, raw, 201 grams 1 med-large, (sliced)
    * Garlic, 4 cloves (crushed)
    * Olive Oil, 4 tbsp

Directions

Place sausage on foil lined baking sheet, sprinkle olive oil (about 2 tbs) over them and bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until juices run clear.

While they're baking, slice your onions and peppers. Sprinkle 2tbs olive oil in skillet. Add garlic and brown slightly - add peppers and onions, turn to medium heat and cover. Cook for 15 minutes or until peppers are still slightly firm. She also recommends deglazing the pan with 1/4 cup of the sauce you're also preparing (spaghetti all'elsa). Serves 6 - 1 link each - or ya know... ONE! :)
