Introduction

Tastes just like olive garden's pasta fagioli or better :) Tastes just like olive garden's pasta fagioli or better :)
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1lb ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    2 jars mushroom bell pepper spaghetti sauce
    1 can northern beans or white navy
    1 can beef broth 10 oz
    2 C water
    1 C sliced celery
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1 can kidney beans
    1 shredded carrot or more
    1 -2 C cooked macaroni
    1 tsp sugar

Directions

depending on how much people put in their bowls, serving is any size. Makes ALOT though. Brown ground round, onions and garlic. Drain and I rinse. Add spaghetti sauce,beef broth, water, celery, sugar, pepper and salt. Simmer 20 min. stirring occasionally. Add beans, carrot and macaroni. Top with parmesan cheese if want ? Great for a group or freeze.
