1 lb cooked bonless, skinless chicken breast (shredded)
4 corn tortillas
4oz pepper jack cheese (shredded)
1 jar (8oz) green salsa
1 cup of frozen corn
mix together chicken,corn and green salsa
pour mixture over tortillas
top with shredded cheese
back covered at 350 degrees for about 30 min.
