Salmon Pasta

Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    100g Salmon Fillet (Grilled and flaked)
    200g Napolina Chopped Tomatoes with herbs
    2tbsp tomato puree
    1 clove garlic
    56g wholewheat fusilli pasta
    1 tsp parmesan cheese, grated
    80g mixed frozen vegetables

Directions

1. Cook the pasta as per the packet instructions, with water only, no other ingredients, keep warm.
2. Place the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, crushed garlic clove into a saucepan, bring the mixture to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Grill Salmon according to packet instructions and then add to the mixture and heat through.
4. Serve with the pasta, mixed veg and Parmesan
