1 can Cranberry Sauce
1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup Craisins (dried cranberries)
4 Chicken Breast halfs, bone and skin removed
In crock, mix cranberry sauce and water using a fork to mash the sauce. Add the onion soup mix and craisins and still until the soup mix powder is all mixed in.
Add chicken breasts.
Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5-6 hours (depending on your crock pot). Makes 8 servings.
Serve with rice or potatoes (not calculated in nutritional information). Also great with pork chops instead of chicken, but nutirional information will be different.
