Introduction

I just threw this together for dinner tonight and wanted to get it down in writing so that I don't forget it as we all loved it! Spices and vegetables are estimated measurements...add according to taste. I plan to make my own chili sauce next time to cut down on the sodium! YIKES! Ingredients

    1 lb ground sirloin
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni, dry
    2 8 oz cans tomato sauce, no salt
    6 oz. (half a jar) Great Value chili sauce
    1 tsp. each paprika, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb, oregano, basil
    1 tsp. chipotle blend seasoning (Aldi's)

Directions

Cook macaroni as directed and set aside.

In large skillet, brown beef along with onion, celery and green pepper. Add tomato sauce, chili sauce and spices (according to personal taste...portions were estimates); heat through. If desired, top with cheddar cheese (not included in calories).
