Way low calorie shepherds pie

Introduction

Healthier version of an English favorite Healthier version of an English favorite
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground turkey
    1 cup of chopped onion
    3 large carrots
    1/4 cup of garlic
    1lb package of frozen peas
    rosemary
    pepper
    3 cups of mashed potatoes
    1 cup of chicken stock

Directions

Mix chopped onion and carrots and cook until onion is soft and carrots are nearly so.

Add turkey, garlic, rosemary, and pepper and cook until turkey is browned.

Add in peas and cook until peas are thawed. Add in chicken stock as well.

Place in baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.

Bake in oven about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Will serve 10.
