Introduction

I just whipped this together for an easy, y ummy, low fat meal I just whipped this together for an easy, y ummy, low fat meal
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    # *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
    # Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 3 cup, shredded or chopped
    # *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 3 tsp
    # *Refried beans, ROSARITA, refried beans, traditional, 1 can
    # Sour Cream, reduced fat, 4 tbsp
    # Salsa, 1 cup

Directions

Brown ground beef, then drain fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef, and about 3/4 cup of water and boil until all the water is gone, stirring occaisionally.
Put lettuce on plates, then meat, beans, salsa & sour cream on top.

Feeds 4.
