Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Raspberries, Frozen
    1/2 cup cranberry cocktail
    1/4 cup vanilla fat free yogurt


Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and select the ice crush setting. Keep the blender on and on this setting until pureed perfectly. Pour into a glass and serve.

Note: If using fresh raspberries, please use a few ice cubes to get the thicker consistancy and coolness.
