Chicken Breast Skinless Grilled & Seasoned with Creole Seasoning 4ozs

Introduction

Chicken Breast seasoned with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. Can be grilled on the stove top or over charcoal. Chicken Breast seasoned with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. Can be grilled on the stove top or over charcoal.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Chicken Breast
    1 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
    Pam, Original Fat Free No Stick Cooking Spray

Directions

1. Place each Chicken Breasts (about 4) on a surface that can be used to flatten the Chicken Breasts to about 1/4 inch thickness.

2. Sprinkle the Creole Seasoning lightly on both sides of the Chicken Breasts and rub in.

3. Let sit for about 10 minutes or longer.

4. Spray Pam onto a griddle or large pan and heat on high.

5. When griddle or pan is very hot, place the Chicken Breasts on to cook.

6. When it is nicely brown, flip over to other side for browning.


Because the chicken breast has been flattened, it should not take too long to cook. You do not want to overcook because the chicken breast will become tough and dry.

Adjust the amount of seasoning to your taste. I keep it low because of the high salt content and because of my husband's high blood pressure.

I like to cook several pieces of chicken because I will then use the left over chicken breast in a Romaine lettuce salad.
