Cheesy Veggie Egg Bake



Introduction

Easy to make, good for any meal. Easy to make, good for any meal.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 bag frozen veggies w/cheese sauce.
    6 large eggs - you could substitute egg beaters or soft tofu.
    Onions, garlic, salt & pepper, your favorite flavor of Mrs. Dash.

Directions

Scramble the egges in large measuring cup or bowl with seasonings. Pour into 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish. (You might want a little spray on vegatable oil to keep the eggs and cheese from sticking). Add in frozen vegatables. Place in oven (preheated to 350 degrees F.). Bake 10-15 minutes. Stir. Return to oven and continue baking until eggs are completely done. (25-30 min).
