    * Egg, fresh, 12 large (remove)
    * Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove)
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)
    * *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 2 tbsp (remove)


Melt Smart Balance in pan. Pour in stirred egg mixture. Cook until scrambled. Serve with wheat toast and fruit.
