Mom's Mac & Cheese Revisited

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    elbow macaroni, 4 c. cooked and drained
    2% cheddar (8 oz)
    skim milk, 1.5 c.
    light margarine, 3 T.
    whole wheat flour, .25 c.

Directions

Cook macaroni; drain. Cut cheese into small cubes. Combine macaroni and cheese and put into casserole dish sprayed with PAM. Make white sauce with margarine, flour and milk; stir until thickened. Pour over macaroni and cheese. Cover and bake 350 F for 25 minutes; uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
