Lauren's Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

    1.25 lb. Super Trim Stew Meat
    3 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano
    1 Tbsp. dried thyme
    3.5 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. frozen green peas
    2 c. chopped raw carrots
    2 c. frozen whole kernel corn
    1 c. diced raw celery (about 3 stalks)
    28 oz. can diced tomatoes (3.5 c.)
    6 c. reduced sodium beef broth
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix (dry)

Directions

Cook stew meat in crock pot with 1 c. beef broth, a dash of garlic salt, a dash of onion powder, and a dash of black pepper for about 2 hours on high.

When stew meat is finished cooking, shred apart and place into large stock pot with all other ingredients. Bring to a boil for 15-20 minutes and then let simmer until soup reaches desired consistency/tenderness.
