Apple Yogurt Muffins

Introduction

Nice way to use up extra plain yogurt! Smell good too when they are baking. Nice way to use up extra plain yogurt! Smell good too when they are baking.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 C all purpose flour
    C sugar
    3 tsp baking powder
    tsp salt
    tsp cinnamon
    1 carton (8oz) vanilla yogurt
    1 egg
    c applesauce
    2 T milk
    1 small tart apple
    1/3 C raisins, optional
    TOPPING
    2 T flour
    2 T sugar
    tsp cinnamon
    1 T butter or margarine



Directions

combine dry ingred in one bowl. Combine liquid ingred in 2nd bowl. Combne both bowls. Add apples/raisins. Combine topping ingredients, sprinkle over top of muffins. Bake at 400 for 20-24 min. one muffin 203 cal/1.5 g fat.
