Introduction

A simple eggbake that you can cook on Sunday morning and for the next few breakfasts. You can also add any veg or meat you prefer. A simple eggbake that you can cook on Sunday morning and for the next few breakfasts. You can also add any veg or meat you prefer.

Ingredients

    1 cup egg whites
    1/4 cup parmesan
    1/4 medium onion - sliced finely.
    1 bunch of spinach - I used baby/englsih
    1 large tomato - sliced finely
    1 tsp crushed garlic.
    0.25 tsp of Mrs Dash
    Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

whisk together eggwhites, pour into small casserole glass dish, add all other ingredients, stir until combined and top with parmesan.
Bake at 350 for 20 mins
