I got picky eaters. My kids really liked this recipe. I do agree with one reviewer the only thing that wasn't very appetizing was the milktexture, but that was minor to the fact that everyone enjoyed this meal. I will add more veggies the next time. - 3/24/10

  • The taste of this recipe was great, but the evaporated milk curdled and looked really unappetizing... my kids wouldn't even try it. - 5/18/10

  • Made this last night. The flavor was good but I the sauce seemed to have curdled or something because of the milk. It didn't look very appetizing. I think if I make it again I'll add the evap. milk last so it doesn't end up looking so weird. I also added a couple tbs. of pineapple juice for flavor - 1/8/08

  • Forget the salt!!! I added 1/2 tsp of garlic salt, meat tenderizer, added olive oil put the pork over Heartland's Whole Wheat rotini from walmart or Kroger's. I made broccoli & corn on the side. I also used shiitake & white mushrooms with green & red pepper with a bit of celery. Delicious. - 1/3/08
