Cantonese Slow Cooker Pork Dinner

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin, cut into strips
1 large onion sliced
1 small green pepper, cut into strips
4 oz fresh mushrooms
3/4 cup evaporated skim milk
8 oz can no-salt added tomato sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Place all ingredients into a crock pot. Cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours. (High for 4 hours)

Made this last night. The flavor was good but I the sauce seemed to have curdled or something because of the milk. It didn't look very appetizing. I think if I make it again I'll add the evap. milk last so it doesn't end up looking so weird. I also added a couple tbs. of pineapple juice for flavor - 1/8/08
