IntroductionBaked Chicken Breast crusted with French Fried Onions Baked Chicken Breast crusted with French Fried Onions
1 can French Fried Onions, crushed
1 large egg, beaten
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, butterflied (cut so that they are flat and spread out)
1. dip the butterflied chicken breasts into the beaten egg, being sure to coat entirely.
2. press the chicken breasts into the french fried onion crumbs.
3. place chicken on a baking sheet lined with foil. (you can press any left over crumbs on top of the chicken after it's on the baking sheet).
4. bake chicken at 400 for about 20 minitues or until chicken is fully cooked.
this chicken always comes out moist....a favorite of my family!
