Introduction

I first saw this recipe made with beef but decided to try it with chicken instead. I first saw this recipe made with beef but decided to try it with chicken instead.

Ingredients

    2 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into bit-sized pieces
    1 Cup Chopped Onion
    2 - 28oz Cans Crushed Tomatoes
    1 Can Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
    1 Can Pinto Beans
    1 Can Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
    1 Package Ranch Dressing Mix
    1 Package Taco Seasoning Mix
    Chili powder, to taste (approximately 1/8 teaspoon)

Directions

Brown/cook onions and chicken in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer until heated through.
