Ingredients

    EAS Advant Edge Protein Powder, 4 tbsp
    Banana, fresh, 0.5 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    Strawberries, fresh, 2 medium (1-1/4" dia)
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 0.125 cup, unthawed
    Great Value Fat Free Plain Yogurt (Walmart), 2 oz
    Great Value Oven Toasted Old Fashioned Oats, 2 oz
    Milk, nonfat, 0.25 cup

Directions

Combine all items in blender and mix until smooth. You may have to add additional milk for perferred consistancy.
