Chicken Corn Chowder

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 medium onion, diced
    1 stalk celery, diced
    2-3 small potatoes, cubed
    chicken broth (to cover)
    1 large can cooked chicken
    1 can cream style corn
    1 pint half and half

Directions

Chop 1 medium onion, celery, and 2-3 medium peeled potatoes
Bring to a boil covered with chicken broth
When potatoes are done, add chicken, 1 can of creamed style corn, and half-half (1 pint)
salt, pepper
1 tablespoon butter or margarine.
Simmer
serve with crackers or toasted buttered French bread
(Can substitute raw shrimp, too. Cover with clam juice instead of chicken broth. Wait to add the corn and half and half until the shrimp are cooked. Yummy)
