Banana Walnut Oatmeal

Ingredients

    1/2 banana, mashed
    1/4 cup oats
    1/2 cup low fat milk
    1/2 tbsp crushed walnuts

Directions

Combine bana, oats and milk in a microwavable bowl. Microwave for about 3 minutes. Stop to stir after each minute.
Add walnuts.
