Introduction

This is easy and simple. Not sure if I got the calories worked out right, but it is rather good. My kids (6 & 9) love it. This is easy and simple. Not sure if I got the calories worked out right, but it is rather good. My kids (6 & 9) love it.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1# ground turkey lean 93%
    1/2 cup onions chopped
    1 16 oz can pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 16 oz can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 can 28 oz chopped diced tomatos
    1 tablesp chilli powder
    1/2 cup salsa
    1 tablesp cumin

Directions

brown turkey, then add and cook onions til tender
add beans, tomatoes, chilli powder, cumin, and salsa
cook until hot
serve with cooked pasta or baked potato (not included in calorie counter)
