Banana blueberry oatmeal muffins

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Banana, 1 mashed
    non fat yogurt, 6 oz
    Sucanat, 1/4 cup
    3 tbs egg whites
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/4 cup
    Grapeseed Oil, 1tsp
    Oatmeal, whole grain cooking oats, 3/4 cup
    whole grain oat flour, 3/4 cup
    almond flour, 1/4 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 3/4 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Blueberries, fresh or frozen, 3/4 cup

Directions

Combine banana, yogurt, sucanat, egg white, applesauce, grapeseed oil in a large bowl. Add oatmeal and let sit 5 minutes. Combine dry ingredients and add to wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Add blueberries.
Line muffijn tins and bake in 375 oven until tops are firm to the touch. (about 15 min)
