Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

    Sauce- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
    1 tbsp vinegar
    1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
    2 tbsp fat free miracle whip

    1 diced tomato
    1 stack celery chopped
    4 whole wheat tortillas
    1/2 cup shredded lettuce
    2 tbsp Franks Red Hot sauce
    12 oz chicken breast (small cubes or slices)

Directions

Mix together sauce ingredients, then cook chopped chicken breast in non-stick skillet sprayed with PAM

When chicken is cooked, toss in medium size bowl, along with hot sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar.

Lay out tortilla, spread 1/4 sauce on the bottom, top with chicken, 1/4 celery, 1/4 tomato, 1/4 lettuce.

makes 4- 10 inch wraps
