Ingredients

    1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
    1 cup splenda
    1/2 cup cold water
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 package (8 ounces) fat free cream cheese, cubed
    1-1/2 cups crushed Special K protein plus KELLOGG'S
    2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
    2 cups halved seedless grapes
    1 1/2 cups mandarin oranges, washed and drained
    1 cup sweet cherries,pitted and chopped finely
    1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
    2 cups fat free whipped topping

Directions

place gelatin on top of cold waster and set aside
crush special k and mix with applesauce and press into
pie plate.
Melt cream cheese with splanda and pineapple in saucepan , then add dissolved gelatin in water and combine and cool. add the rest of ingredients to the mix
and pour into pie plate and chill overnight
