Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Oats, .5 cup
    Steel Cut Oats, dry, 1.5 cup
    Wheat germ, crude, .25 cup
    *Brown Rice, long grain, .5 cup
    Milk, 2%, 4 cup
    Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tbsp
    Bulgur, dry, .5 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

combine all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on lowest setting overnight.
serve with fresh berries or raw nuts
makes 8, 1 cup servings
